Một sản phẩm tốt và chuẩn nhưng để tạo ra chất lượng công trình tốt cần phải phụ thuộc nhiều vào giai đoạn thi công. BƯỚC 1: CHECK BẢN VẼ THIẾT KẾ KỸ THUẬT VÀ KIỂM TRA THỰC ĐỊA
Bản vẽ khác nhau sẽ có các đặc điểm thiết kế khác nhau, nhưng chúng có 1 điểm chung là cần dựa vào thú vui, nhu cầu của gia chủ nên cần phải đọc và hiểu được bản vẽ đó.
Kỹ thuật cần kiểm tra địa điểm thi công và bản vẽ có méo mó gì không, nếu có sẽ phải điều chỉnh lại. Kiểm tra độ phẳng của trần nhà, bề mặt tường xem có bị cong hay lệch gì không để điều chỉnh, xử lý lại kỹ càng trước khi thi công.
BƯỚC 2: CHUẨN BỊ KỸ CÀNG TRƯỚC KHI TIẾN HÀNH THI CÔNG
Chuẩn bị đồ bảo hộ, kính bảo về mắt.
Máy cắt phào chỉ: ( nên sử dụng loại có lưỡi cưa từ 80 răng trở lên )
Súng bắn đinh, máy nén hơi, dây nguồn vận chuyển điện.
Keo silicol ( May Dos, Apollo ), băng keo 2 mặt, Keo trám khe (acryrub ).
Bút mực, bút chì, thước dây, dao cắt.
BƯỚC 3: quá trình CẮT PHÀO CHỈ THI CÔNG
Phào chỉ được đưa vào máy cắt theo góc 45 độ và 90 độ tùy thuộc vào mong muốn của mối nối phào chỉ rồi tiến hành thực cắt.
BƯỚC 4: LẮP ĐẶT PHÀO CHỈ NHỰA PS làm đẹp NỘI THẤT
Dùng dán bang keo 2 mặt và keo đa năng lên phía sau thanh phào, sau đó đưa phào chỉ vào đúng vị trí cần lắp đặt và sử dụng sung bắn nhất mực nơi đó những thanh phào sao cho vị trí tiếp giáp trần tường khớp với nhau. Cuối cùng keo trám khe trám vào 2 khe ngoài của thành phào để bít khe.
Ghép 2 thanh phào với nhau sử dụng keo Apoll hoặc MayDos, bạn trám vào 1 lớp keo nới tiếp giáp giữa 2 mí và thực hiện tiếp bước trên.
Trường hợp phào chỉ tường do thanh phào nhỏ và nhẹ hơn phào trần nên bạn có khả năng bỏ qua bước bắn đinh mà vẫn đảm bảo được độ bám chắc vào tường. Ngoài ra, nó cũng sẽ giúp thanh phào của gia đình tránh được vết đinh, tạo độ thẩm mỹ đẹp cho thanh phào chỉ.
BƯỚC 5: TIẾN HÀNH XỬ LÝ MỐI NỐI VÀ vệ sinh SẠCH SẼ
Kiểm tra vị trí bắn đinh, mối nối bị hở. Dùng keo trám khe, bột xử lý lên các vết nối, vết lõm của đinh. Dùng khăn lau sạch nơi đó bám bẩn trong quá trình thi công. thu dọn làm sạch.
